We (Alliance Ecommerce) respect merchant’s data privacy and process the minimum personal data required to provide value to merchants. We delete your data within the timeframe given by Shopify when you uninstall our app from your store.
DATA USAGE POLICY FOR TIKTOK ORDERS & STOCK SYNCING SHOPIFY APP
We are only saving product id and title to display detail in app listing, where merchants can check if products are properly mapped with TikTok Seller Shop.
PRODUCTS VARIANT DATA
We are saving variant id and SKU in the app’s database to sync inventory between TikTok Seller Shop and Shopify Store.
We save order id, total amount paid, currency and current status of order like paid, fulfilled etc. that too for listing display only.
We are not using or saving any customer’s detail in app’s database. We are getting it with orders/fulfilled webhook (which we need to change the order status to dispatch on TikTok Seller Shop). However, it is not being used or saved anywhere at our end.
DATA USAGE POLICY FOR PERFECT METAFIELDS SHOPIFY APP
By default, we only sync active products with our app. If you want to create metafields with any of the other entities like draft/archived products, orders or customer, you will have to change syncing permissions first. After your consent we will proceed to rest of the data syncing.
PRODUCT COLLECTIONS DATA
Product collections are also being used to filter products listing. We are saving collection id, handle, title and list of products associated with given collection
We are saving product id, handle, title, vendor, product type, tags and featured image. This data is being used in listing & filtration for merchants.
PRODUCTS VARIANT DATA
We are saving variant id, barcode, sku, title, price and compare at price.
By default, we are not saving any orders data. If you want to manage metafields through our app, you must change syncing permissions first. After your settings are updated successfully, we fetch your basic orders data from your store. We are saving order id, name, fulfillment status, financial status and email.
By default, we are not saving any customers data. But if you enable customers syncing within the app, we save customer id, email, first name, last name and orders count.
